When a purchase contract is made, your data will be retained for advertising purposes. You may at any time demand that your data be deleted from Trevision.
3.2. Who receives your data
Within the Trevision group, your data will be provided to those employees who require it to fulfill the order you have placed. Furthermore, processors who work on our behalf will be provided with your data if they require it to fulfill the placed order. All processors are contractually obligated to treat your data as confidential and solely process it within the placed order.
3.3. Secrecy and duty of confidentiality
Trevision, its employees, and subcontractors undertake to secrecy and duty of confidentiality of the data under Section 6 Data Protection Act and Article 28 (3) of the DSGVO in the valid version. A separate non-disclosure declaration may be requested from Trevision.
3.4. Contract data processing
All information regarding the processing of personal data is included in the order processing agreement. If Trevision acts as the order processor, the order processing agreement is to be signed.
4. Data protection information - applications
Trevision collects and retains your data in the course of job application processes.
4.1. Collection and usage of applicant data
In the course of your application by email, by post, or in person, Trevision collects personal data such as name, address, date of birth, or additional data you have voluntarily disclosed. These data will only be used in connection with job application processes and are only accessible for a limited group of people within Trevision.
4.2. External personal service provider
In exceptional cases Trevision collaborates with external personal service providers. We shall specifically inform you if this is the case.
4.3. Employment contract
In case of the agreement on an employment contract, the data retained in the course of the application process will be used for pre-contractual measures (preparation of employment contract).
4.4. Your data after the conclusion of the application process
After the conclusion of the application process, you will be informed about the status of your application. In the event of a negative outcome of your application, we will keep your applicant data for future reference. You will be informed about future vacancies that suit your application profile. If you do not wish for this to happen, we will delete your data completely.

5. Rights and duties of the person responsible
Rights and duties of the customer conform to the legal requirements of the DSGVO.
5.1. Data and processing
Trevision undertakes to process data only within the scope of a written order or contract. All data processing activities are solely performed within the EU.
5.2. Storage period/deletion period
We retain your data according to the legal safe-keeping and documentation obligations for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation of a contract to its transaction and termination) and beyond. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
5.3. Your data protection rights
Fundamentally, you have the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object. If you feel that your data were unlawfully processed, you may lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority in your place of residence. In Austria, this supervisory authority is the Data Protection Authority.
5.4. Data security
The security of your data is our top priority. Our stated goal is to take all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of data processing and to process your personal data in such a way that they are protected against access by unauthorized third parties.
6. Analysis by wiredminds
Our website uses a counting pixel technology provided by wiredminds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) to analyze visitor behavior. If necessary, data is collected, processed and stored, from which user profiles are created under a pseudonym. Wherever possible and reasonable, these usage profiles are completely anonymized.
